AULA AG60 — keyboard.
The AULA AG60 is a compact wired 60% keyboard built on magnetic (Hall-effect) switches. Instead of closing a contact, each switch measures the position of a magnet, so the actuation point is a setting rather than a mechanical fact: AULA quotes 0.001 mm adjustment steps and Rapid Trigger, which releases a key the moment your finger starts moving up.
The case is machined from a solid block of aluminium and finished with a 220-grit anodising; the backplate carries a vacuum nano-engraving that AULA says takes 72 production stages. The keycaps are translucent — white and frosted on the Warm Silver colourway — and the RGB lighting offers 20 effects on FN+1, audio sync and a 16.8 million colour palette. Inside sit a carbon fibre plate and a five-layer sound package: PO foam, a PE switch dampener, a PET acoustic film, PO base foam and PET insulation.
One detail stands out: the SmartSwitch slider on the case changes the board's character between a cushioned mode for typing and a precision mode for shooters, with no menus involved. Polling runs at 8,000 Hz with a quoted 0.08 ms latency in the faster mode. Every key sits in a hot-swap socket, and tuning happens in AULA's browser-based web driver: Rapid Trigger, SOCD, DKS, macros and four profiles on FN+U/I/O/P.

Aluminium machined from one block
The AG60's case is machined out of a single block of aluminium: heavier than plastic, it stays put on the desk and absorbs part of the hollow sound. The surface is anodised to a 220 grit — matte, pleasant to touch and corrosion resistant. The backplate carries a vacuum nano-engraving with a PVD coating, and AULA counts 72 production stages per part.

The actuation point is a setting
A magnetic switch does not close a contact — it tells the board how deep it has been pressed. That changes everything: you set the actuation depth yourself, in 0.001 mm steps on the AG60. Rapid Trigger releases the key as soon as your finger moves back up, so strafe and jump sequences land closer together. This shipment ships with the Snowglow switch: 32 ± 5 gf at the start, 50 ± 5 gf bottomed out, 3.4 mm of total travel.

8,000 Hz and 0.08 ms
The board scans its switches 8,000 times per second — eight times more often than the usual 1,000 Hz. AULA quotes 0.08 ms of latency in Max Mode and 0.1 ms in Pro Mode — two performance modes of the keyboard itself, not different AG60 versions. In practice a press reaches the game before the next frame is drawn, and the difference shows up most in firefights, where the order of events matters more than absolute time.

Two personalities, one flick
A mechanical SmartSwitch slider sits on the case. In Cushioned mode the key travels smoothly to the bottom and springs back lightly, which suits typing. In Precision mode the stroke is shorter and tighter and ends more abruptly — the setting for shooters. Flipping between them takes a second and needs neither the driver nor a game restart.

Browser tuning and hot-swap
Nothing needs installing: AULA's web driver opens in a browser with FN+N. There you set per-key actuation depth and Rapid Trigger, SOCD for opposing directions, DKS for two actions on one key, macros and lighting. Four profiles are switched from the keyboard with FN+U, I, O and P. All sockets are hot-swap, so switches come out without a soldering iron.
