1. Seller and contacts
Seller: individual entrepreneur NOSIROV ISMOILJON MUROD O'G'LI. Phone: +998 50 477 70 77. Email: info@geekshop.uz.
Registered address of the individual entrepreneur: 100057, Tashkent, Yunusabad district, SANDIQ QO'RG'ON 4 TOR, 52. This is the registered address, not a pickup point. The date, time and location for order handover or returns are agreed separately.
After the initial request, the method, date and place of transfer of goods for return or inspection are agreed upon separately.
2. Which cases differ
- Exchange of non-defective goods means the goods work correctly and match the agreed description but are unsuitable in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, configuration, or for another reason provided by law.
- Product with a defect - there is a defect, malfunction, incompleteness, non-compliance with mandatory requirements or agreed upon characteristics.
- Non-compliance with sample or description in electronic sales - the item transferred does not match the sample shown or the published and agreed upon description.
- Warranty claim - the defect is discovered during the applicable warranty period or other period required by law.
3. Exchange of eligible non-defective goods
Within 10 days after handover, a consumer may exchange eligible non-defective non-food goods for similar goods from the Seller. If similar goods are unavailable, the consumer may receive monetary compensation as provided by law.
For this exchange, the goods must be unused and undamaged; their consumer properties, appearance, seals, and labels must be preserved, and packaging must be returned where it is relevant to condition and completeness. A purchase from the Seller may be proved by a fiscal or sales receipt or other evidence.
Inspection of the goods, the necessary opening of the package for inspection, as well as damage to the goods due to circumstances for which the buyer is not responsible, do not in themselves terminate the rights expressly granted by the Law on Electronic Commerce. A specific requirement is assessed taking into account the type of product, its condition and the applicable standard.

4. Exceptions for non-defective goods
Appendix No. 1 to the Retail Trade Rules lists non-defective non-food goods that cannot be returned or exchanged. It includes certain technically complex household goods covered by warranty, such as consumer electronic equipment, computing and copying equipment, telephones and fax machines, household electrical appliances, and other listed goods.
The classification of a specific model as an exception is determined by its purpose, characteristics, warranty period and the current edition of the list, and not just the name of the catalog section.
The exception applies to non-defective goods and cannot be used to deny statutory claims relating to a defect, nonconformity with a sample or description, incomplete contents, or a warranty claim.

5. Rights for defective or nonconforming goods
When selling a product with a defect, if the defect was not agreed upon before concluding the contract, the consumer, at his choice, has the right to demand replacement with a product of the same brand, replacement with a product of a different brand with recalculation of the price, free elimination of the defects or reimbursement of the costs of their elimination, a proportionate reduction in the price, or termination of the contract with compensation for damages in the amount prescribed by law.
A product sold by sample or description must conform to that sample or description. If it does not, the Buyer may request replacement or a refund, subject to mandatory provisions of law.
For technically complex products, special rules for replacement and warranty service apply. This policy does not narrow the choice of requirements that the law provides to the consumer.

6. Quality check and timing
The Seller accepts a product with a reported defect and, where necessary, performs a quality inspection. The consumer may participate in the inspection. If the cause of the defect is disputed, the Seller arranges and pays for an independent examination; its findings may be challenged in court.
A request to replace a product with one of the same brand must be fulfilled within seven days of the request, within 20 days if additional quality inspection is required, or, if an equivalent product is unavailable, within one month, unless another applicable period is prescribed by law.
Defects are eliminated by the Seller within 20 days from the date of presentation of the claim, unless a shorter mandatory or agreed period applies. Other requirements are fulfilled within the time limits established by law for the relevant case.

7. How to submit a claim
Write to info@geekshop.uz or call +998 50 477 70 77. Indicate the name and method of contact, application or purchase number if available, name and serial number of the product, date of transfer, description of the reason and the selected requirement. Photos or videos can be included to speed up the initial assessment, but they are not a substitute for picking up the item when it is needed.
Attach a receipt or other available proof of purchase from the Seller. For a product covered by warranty, attach the product documentation, warranty card, or an equivalent document if one was issued and is relevant to the claim. The absence of a paper receipt does not prevent you from relying on other proof of purchase.
Do not share your password, OTP, PIN/CVV or full bank card details. The GEEKSHOP employee does not need them to process the claim.

8. Transfer of goods and transportation
After the initial request, the parties separately agree on the method, date, and place for handing over the product, taking into account the options provided by law. Hand over the product with its included items, accessories, and documents relevant to the claim.
Delivery of large-sized goods and goods weighing more than 5 kilograms for repair, markdown, replacement and return of such goods to the consumer is carried out at the expense of the Seller or the manufacturer in cases provided by law. The costs of routine delivery of a serviceable product of appropriate quality for exchange are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller.

9. Deadline and method of refund
To get a refund, write to info@geekshop.uz or call +998 50 477 70 77, provide the Order number, Product, reason and selected requirement. If the Product needs to be returned or checked to satisfy the request, support will agree on the method and place of delivery.
Money is returned in the same form in which payment was made, unless the parties agree on another method permitted by law. Online payment through Uzum is returned through Uzum Bank to the same payment instrument. The Seller does not need the Buyer's CVC/CVV, PIN, password or OTP.
If the Goods are not required to be transferred, the Seller initiates a return no later than 10 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the legal requirement or cancellation of the paid Order. If the reason requires the return or inspection of the Goods, the period is calculated from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Seller and confirmation of the basis, unless the mandatory period by law began to run earlier.
After initiating the transaction, actual crediting may take additional time according to the rules of Uzum Bank, the payment system and the Buyer's bank. Upon request, the Seller will provide a return ID. The bank's technical deadline is not used to delay the sending of a refund by the Seller.
The costs associated with the return of funds upon termination of the e-commerce agreement are borne by the Seller. If the deadline is violated, the consequences provided for by law apply.

10. Warranty and preservation of mandatory rights
The Seller establishes a single warranty period for all goods of 1 (one) month from the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer.
If the manufacturer or legislation establishes a longer period or a wider scope of mandatory rights, they apply to the appropriate extent. The Seller's one-month warranty does not limit the mandatory rights of the consumer.
To make a warranty claim, please provide your proof of purchase and, if issued, a technical data sheet or warranty document.

11. Appeals, disputes and version
The Seller strives to consider requests in good faith and may request only information and actions objectively necessary to verify the claim. The consumer has the right to apply to authorized bodies and the court in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The version of the policy in effect on the date of transfer of the goods applies, unless the law or a newer version provides a more favorable condition to the consumer. The date and version number are indicated at the beginning of the page.
