AULA N-169B (N 169B) — speaker.
The AULA N-169B is a stereo pair packed into one body. Instead of two separate cabinets at the edges of the monitor, a 330 × 58 × 75 mm panel sits on the desk: it tucks under or in front of a monitor stand, takes no space to the left and right, and trails only two cables. At 540 g it stays put and does not shift when you turn the knob.
Inside are two 2-inch full-range drivers spread to the ends of the body, plus two bass ports that AULA calls out separately — they are what carries the low end that slim desktop speakers usually miss. Rated power is 3 W per channel at 1 % THD with a 10 W peak and 4 Ω impedance; AULA quotes 160 Hz – 20 kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio of at least 45 dB.
Volume lives on a rotary knob in the middle of the front panel — turn it left or right instead of hunting for the system mixer. An RGB strip runs around the face and cycles smoothly through colours. Power comes over USB at 5 V, 2 A and audio over a 3.5 mm cable; AULA states plainly that both cables have to be connected at the same time.

Stereo without two boxes on the desk
The N-169B is a single 330 mm body, 75 mm tall, with both channels laid out inside it. The bar goes under or in front of a monitor and frees the desk edges where satellites normally live. There is less cable too: instead of two cabinets with a link lead between them, you get one block with two cords leaving it. AULA calls the layout all-in-one.

Two drivers and two bass ports
The drivers sit out at the ends of the panel, so there is real distance between the channels and the stereo image does not collapse into a point. Each is a 2-inch full-range unit, 4 Ω, rated 3 W, with 10 W of peak headroom. AULA separately calls out two bass ports: they load the low end and give the bass a body that thin desktop panels usually lack. The quoted band is 160 Hz – 20 kHz.

A knob instead of the system slider
A large rotary knob sits in the middle of the front face: left for quieter, right for louder. It is visible and easy to find by touch, so turning the sound down during a call or a match takes no window switching and no hunt for the system mixer. That is the practical difference between the N-169B and speakers that hide their control on a cable or a side wall.

Light around the whole face, not one dot
The RGB strip traces the outline of the front face and spills light onto the desk below, so on a dark surface you get an even frame of light rather than one bright LED. Colours shift smoothly in a gradient; AULA describes the effect as colorful gradient. No app or driver is published for the N-169B, so the mode is the factory one and comes on with power.

Two cables: one for sound, one for power
AULA's own connection guide says it plainly: the USB power cord and the audio cable both have to be plugged in at once. With a laptop or PC both plugs go into the computer. With a phone the wiring changes: audio into the phone, USB into a charger or a power bank. AULA lists computers, phones, tablets, TVs, the PS4, game consoles and musical instruments.
