MOZA 12-inch Round Wheel Mod for ES Series.
The MOZA 12-inch Round Wheel Mod is a replacement rim for the ES-series wheels. It turns a stock MOZA ES, ES Lite or ESX into a full round wheel 12 inches across (about 305 mm), far closer to the wheel of an ordinary road or rally car than to a formula yoke. The module with the buttons, the LEDs and the telemetry stays yours — only the rim around it changes.
The rim is made of lightweight aluminium alloy and the grips are wrapped in microfibre leather with an ergonomic profile, so your hands settle into nine-and-three without effort. The round shape matters wherever you have to shuffle the wheel — drifting, rally stages, anything with a large steering angle. A shifter paddle extension block is included so the paddles stay under your fingers once the rim has grown.
The mod is strictly for the ES, ES Lite and ESX wheels. The stock ES rim is 11 inches and the ES Lite and ESX measure 280 mm, so the swap adds roughly 25 mm of diameter. MOZA makes a second mod for the same three wheels — a 280 mm formula rim — and you can switch between them to suit the session. No new base and no separate software are needed to fit it.
A round wheel where you actually need one
The stock ES-series rims are built with GT and formula cars in mind: the grip positions are fixed and shuffling the wheel is awkward. The moment a session turns to drifting, a rally stage or a road car with a lot of lock, a round rim starts to win — your hands run freely around it and catching opposite lock no longer needs a mental pause. That is exactly what the 12-inch mod is for.

Aluminium and microfibre
The rim is made of lightweight aluminium alloy, which matters on a direct drive: extra mass out at the rim damps the small details of the feedback and adds inertia in quick transitions. The grips are wrapped in microfibre leather with an ergonomic profile that does not slip under sweaty hands and holds its shape longer than ordinary synthetic leather.

The paddles stay under your fingers
As the rim grows, the stock shifter paddles end up sitting deeper relative to your grip. MOZA solves that in advance: the box includes a paddle extension block that brings them closer to your fingers. Shifts stay as quick as they were on the stock rim and you do not have to change your hand position for every gear.

Two rims for two styles
For the ES, ES Lite and ESX wheels MOZA offers two mods: a 280 mm formula rim and this round 12-inch one. The first suits open-wheelers and precise work inside a narrow band of lock; the second suits drifting, rally and road classics. Because only the rim changes while the central module stays put, you can build a different wheel for a particular session.
