MOZA Flight Base Table Clamp.
The Flight Base Table Clamp is MOZA's own desk mount for the AB9 force feedback flight base. The design is deliberately plain: a folded steel frame with a 5 mm steel plate and an adjustable C-clamp. It has one job — hold the base still once the motor starts pushing force back into the grip. Any play in the mount is felt immediately with force feedback running, which is why metal thickness matters more here than looks.
The mount works in two positions. The base can sit on top of the desktop, or it can hang underneath it so the grip ends up between your knees, the way it does in a real cockpit. The clamp takes desktops up to 70 mm thick, which covers both an ordinary writing desk and a heavy workstation surface. If your cockpit is built from aluminium profile, the C-clamp plate comes off and the frame bolts straight onto the rig.
The material is high-strength steel, the mount measures 145 × 102 × 170 mm and weighs 1.63 kg. MOZA officially lists compatibility with the MOZA AB9 FFB Base. The box holds the clamp itself; the base, the grip and the rest of the cockpit are bought separately. For the AY90 and AY210 yoke bases MOZA offers a different mount — the Table Clamp For Yoke.
Steel instead of compromises
The frame is folded from high-strength steel with a 5 mm support plate. For a force feedback flight base that is the whole point: the motor pushes force back into the grip, and anything that is not held rigidly starts to flex and drone. The 1.63 kg of steel is not excess — it is why the mount stays silent and still.

On top of the desk or under it
The adjustable C-clamp lets you pick the stance: the base on top of the desktop, which is quick and familiar, or suspended beneath it, which puts the grip between your knees the way a cockpit does. The second option noticeably changes the geometry of your grip and frees the desk surface for keyboard and mouse.

Desktops up to 70 mm
The clamping range covers desktops up to 70 mm thick, which takes in both thin office desks and heavy solid-wood or edge-banded tops. Measure your desk at the exact spot where the base will sit before ordering — on many desks the edge is thicker than the middle.

Or straight onto the rig
If you have already moved from a desk to an aluminium profile cockpit, there is no need to change the mount: the C-clamp plate comes off and the frame bolts directly onto the rig. The joint ends up even stiffer, and the base lands exactly where it is comfortable to hold on a long flight.
