MOZA Universal Mounting Plate.
The Universal Mounting Plate solves a dull but common problem: where to put a shifter and a handbrake when you have no cockpit, or no room left in the one you have. It is a single steel plate with a dense hole grid that carries both devices side by side.
The plate is cut from high-strength steel, measures 200 × 220 × 55 mm and weighs 1300 g — enough to keep a load-cell handbrake from twisting under a hard pull. The handbrake bracket offers three angle positions in 9° steps with 20 mm spacing, and the working surface height can be set between 84 mm and 122 mm when the plate sits on a clamp.
There are three ways to mount it: onto a desktop with the MOZA Flight Base Table Clamp (sold separately), onto a 40-series aluminium profile rig, or onto a DIY frame. The layout is ambidextrous, so the block works equally on the right or the left of the seat. The hole pattern covers the MOZA HGP, HBP and SGP, some of MOZA's tabletop flight sim gear, and selected third-party shifters and handbrakes — check the official hole chart before you buy.
Two devices, one bracket
A shifter and a handbrake normally need two separate mounts and two spots on the rig. Here they sit side by side on one plate: the gearbox closer to the wheel, the handbrake outside it, so your hand moves between them without a detour. For rally and for long-haul truck sims, where the handbrake is in constant use, that saves a visible amount of desk space.

Symmetry for either hand
The hole grid is mirrored, so the block assembles correctly for both left- and right-hand drive. That matters for European truck sim players and for left-handed drivers alike: there is no separate version of the bracket to hunt for and no adapter plate to drill. You simply turn the plate around and fix it on the other side of the seat.

Height and angle to match your seating
On the clamp the working surface sits anywhere between 84 mm and 122 mm, and the side bracket extends that range further. The handbrake mount offers three fixed angles in 9° steps with 20 mm hole spacing, so the lever can stand almost vertical like in a rally car or lean back towards you. Set once for your height and seating position and you never touch it again.

Desk today, rig tomorrow
The plate is built for three scenarios: a desktop with the MOZA Flight Base Table Clamp, a 40-series aluminium profile rig, and a DIY frame. You can start on an ordinary desk, and when a cockpit arrives the same bracket moves onto the profile together with the shifter and handbrake. The clamp is a separate purchase — ask the GEEKSHOP manager about it when you order.

Check your gear against the chart
MOZA publishes a hole chart with the fixing pattern for every compatible model: HGP at 90 × 70 mm, HBP at 125 mm for M6, SGP at 20 × 125 mm for M8, Active Shifter at 69–54 mm. The same chart lists selected Fanatec, SIMAGIC and Conspit shifters and handbrakes. If your gear is not on the list, send the GEEKSHOP manager your mounting hole dimensions and we will check before you order.
