MOZA HMA Profile Adapter Kit.
The HMA Profile Adapter Kit is MOZA's official accessory for the HMA150 motion system. These are adapter plates that let the actuators bolt to an aluminium profile cockpit rig: they widen the list of compatible rigs and give a rigid, play-free joint.
The HMA150 itself mounts on 4080, 40120 and 40160 profile, but when a 40120 or 40160 rig has a closed central rail the standard fixing is not enough — that is exactly the case this kit covers. Check the construction of your cockpit before ordering: an open rail means the kit is optional, a closed one means it is required.
The plate is shaped to follow the actuator body: 143.29 mm long, 48.68 mm wide and 6 mm thick. It carries six 8.2 mm holes for the profile hardware and two larger 19.2 mm holes, with hole spacing of 40, 80 and 120 mm along the centre line. Installation is bolt-on; no separate power or electronics connection is needed.
Why the adapter exists
The HMA150 bolts straight onto 4080, 40120 and 40160 European-standard aluminium profile. But on some 40120 and 40160 rigs the central rail is closed, and the standard hardware cannot reach the slots in that construction. The adapter plates solve exactly that: they move the fixing points outboard and let the actuator bear on the profile along its full length.

Geometry made for both profile and actuator
The plate is 143.29 mm long and 48.68 mm wide, following the outline of the actuator body, and 6 mm of thickness carries the load without flexing. Six 8.2 mm holes take standard aluminium-profile hardware, and two 19.2 mm holes clear the actuator's own fittings. Hole spacing of 40, 80 and 120 mm along the centre line matches the European profile grid.

Check your rig before ordering
Not everyone needs this kit. If your cockpit is built from 4080 profile, or your 40120/40160 rig has an open central rail, the HMA150 mounts as standard and no adapter is needed. A closed central rail is the opposite case: without the plates the actuators cannot be fixed. Look at the profile section and whether the slots in the central rail are accessible, and send the manager a photo of the rig if you are unsure.
